Ninja and I went to this new Japanese restaurant today. I randomly saw this place while I was looking for a haircutting place. Since we have pretty much eaten at every possible place around Bellevue downtown area, a new place is always very exciting. This is Kobe Katsu, a Katsu/Noodle place ran , as usual, by some Korean people. Ninja ordered a Bimbim Bap and I ordered the Katsu/Udon combo. My food was delicious and also enough to feed two people -_-. I am actually quite happy with the way the BimBimBap picture came out. It almost looks like I know what I am doing hehe.
